Gift Card

GIFT CARD AGREEMENT This Gift Card Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Gearandgo Limited, a Company registered in Bank House, 81 St Judes Road, Englefield Green, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW20 0DF, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the purchaser and/or user of the gift card, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer." 1. Gift Card Terms and Conditions: 1.1 The gift card issued by the Company is subject to the following terms and conditions. 1.2 The gift card can be used as a form of payment for products offered by the Company through its online shop. 1.3 The gift card must be applied at the checkout process on the Company's website. 1.4 If the basket value exceeds the gift card value, the Customer agrees to pay the remaining balance through another accepted payment method. 2. Expiry Date: 2.1 The gift card is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. 2.2 The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. The gift card is emailed to the Recipient and they are responsible for keeping the electronic copy. 3. Refunds and Returns: 3.1 Gift card purchases are non-refundable. 3.2 Products purchased using a gift card are subject to the Company's standard refund and return policies. 4. Compliance with UK Law: 4.1 This Agreement is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom. 4.2 The Company complies with the UK law regarding B2C transactions and gift card regulations. 5. Amendments: 5.1 The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at its discretion. 6. Governing Law: 6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
